Job Description

• Translating requirements into system configuration and custom developments and prepares an achievable delivery schedule
• Understand CRM and process requirements
• Work as a team member for system requirements definition process and system setup during implementation.
• Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-out
• Developing high level implementation plans
• Providing them solutions using CRMnext
• Study of global best practices in CRM vertical
• Coordinating with departments to ensure delivery
• Expertise in handing BA role
• Must have also worked on CRMnext & other CRM, customer management applications.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to understand the problem statements.
• Understand the business requirements & ensure that the requirements are well captured, documented & signed off for the implementation/design team.
• Prepare Requirements Catalogue and Functional Specification Documents
• Engage with application analysts on one hand and business users on the other to ideate best way to address requirements (workarounds / customizations, as required).
• Assist in the preparation of test scenarios & scripts
• Understand the business requirements & ensure that the requirements are well captured, documented & signed off for the implementation/design team.
• Guiding the team and reviewing to ensure functionality coverage, correctness and completeness.
• Should be thorough with the STLC and SDLC Concepts
• Should have worked on different life cycle models like Agile, V-Model etc.
