2-6 years of project engineering experience with design and development of Avaya Telephony Field is required. And networking is a plus.
» Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field is required.
» In-depth knowledge of industry best practices on Avaya Unified Communications , call Center and Networking deployments.
» Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
» Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
» Knowledge on UC, CC deployment best practices and standards.
» Knowledge on BFSI business project process and procedures is a plus.
» Good organization, coordination, and documentation necessary to maintain project schedules, service delivery-SLA and project budgets.
» Necessary certifications on Avaya Aura® Core Components credential, Avaya Contact Recording and Avaya Quality Monitoring (WFO nd Network either of Cisco, HP/Aruba.
» Having below certifications will be plus :
* Avaya Contact Recording and Avaya Quality Monitoring (WFO)
* Avaya Video Conferencing Solutions.
* Avaya Breeze.
* Enterprise Team Engagement.
* Avaya Customer Engagement Solutions.
* Avaya Call Management system.
» Knowledge of networking routing protocols; OSPF, EIGRP would be plus.
» Knowledge of MPLS, VPN, QOS, MultiCast, Spanning-Tree,L2 Protocols would be a plus.
» Knowledge on network, server Storage, Virtualisation, and other Infrastructure Solutions is a Plus.
