Mr. Abdul Rahman Saif Al Ghurair

Chairman

Eminent Emirati businessman and founder of some of leading corporate houses in U.A.E. In addition to being the Group Chairman, Mr. Al Ghurair is also the Chairman of Saif Al Ghurair Group. And ex-President of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is a board member and shareholder of large Banks and firms. Mr. Abdulrahman always insists on latest technology to support his businesses.

Mr. Saeed Mohammad Al Ghurair

Managing Director

Mr. Saeed Mohammad Al Ghurair is the Managing Director of Raqmiyat. He oversees the strategic directions, operations, and business development of the company while pioneering large digital transformation engagements and envisioning accelerated growth for the company. Mr. Saeed, characterized as an Executive Entrepreneur and a people person with a passion to create new markets, has been instrumental in positioning Raqmiyat as one of the leading Systems Integrators in the Middle East IT arena.

Mr. Saeed is also the Managing Director of Trigon LLC, a part of the Al Ghurair Group, and the Vice Chairman of the German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce (AHK). Under his leadership, Raqmiyat has won numerous awards & recognition from leading media houses and forums such as Top Reseller Company, Best Digital Solutions Provider of the Year, Enterprise Reseller of the Year, Enterprise Mobility Vendor of The Year, Best Automation Solutions Provider, to name a few.

Mr. Saeed is recognized as the “Outstanding Leader” in the new era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution by Tahawultech.com. Saeed holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Germany.

General Manager

Bahaa, a dynamic professional and comes with 17 years of experience in sales & business. He has held various managerial positions and gained extensive knowledge in sales, operations, strategy, business transformation, and leadership. This experience combined with his deep industry knowledge positions him perfectly to strengthen Raqmiyat’s commitment to the UAE & KSA to drive its digital transformation ambitions and empower governments, organizations, and individuals to achieve more.

Israr Ashfaque

Vice President – Smart
Business Solutions

A seasoned IT practitioner with 15 years of IT consulting experience, Israr comes from a very diversified IT & Business Consulting background, with rich experiences in Enterprise Business Applications, Digital Transformation, Cloud Migrations, and Consulting. He has been helping Raqmiyat’s enterprise customers in driving the initiatives of Digital and Business Transformation across the EMEA region. He joined Raqmiyat in 2012 and is now Leading the complete portfolio of Smart Business Solutions spread across Digital Transformation, Enterprise Business Applications, and Analytics.

Vishnu Bandaru

Vice President - Technology Support Services

Vishnu Bandaru is a seasoned Sales Leader with over 18 years of expertise in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, CRM, and Service Delivery. He excels in designing outsourcing solutions for recruitment and HR activities and has successfully implemented HR support strategies. Known for his leadership and communication skills, Vishnu manages high-performance sales teams and excels in end-to-end sales processes. He is proficient in Large Account Management, upselling, and cross-selling. With significant experience in remote management, Vishnu adeptly negotiates proposals and ensures profitability and business growth. His problem-solving skills have been crucial in generating leads and managing client accounts through effective communication and prompt service.

Linus Gonsalves

Assistant Vice President – Banking & Financial Services

Linus, with over 28 years of experience in the banking industry with extensive knowledge and experience in project delivery and program management. He manages the BFS business and overall project delivery in Raqmiyat. He has successfully implemented all the Payment applications for banks in UAE. Before Raqmiyat, he worked in multinationals IT companies in India and executed & delivered major projects for international banks.

Ritesh Bakliwal

A seasoned IT professional with 20 years of industry exposure with extensive Project and program management experience. Ritesh joined Raqmiyat in 2015 and is responsible for the timely and quality execution of projects being handled by the company. Prior to joining Raqmiyat, Ritesh has managed several large size projects and programs across the globe for large institutions primarily in banking and financial services sector (BFSI). He has been instrumental in the success of various large size projects due to his extensive project and customer management skills. He is now focused on setting up a framework for Projects and Programs from initiation till closure with efficient methodologies, documentation, and tools to efficiently track and manage projects and programs throughout the organization.

Rajendra Prasad Bejjarapu

As a Finance Manager, Rajendra boasts an impressive track record of propelling financial performance, streamlining processes, and consistently delivering tangible results in both public and private sector settings.
